"Community first - together we can keep Fishhawk Ranch West beautiful."
FHW Community Neighbors,
I am compelled to help our community remain a desirable place to live and provide opportunities for our community members to connect. Our family was one of the first families to move into Fishhawk West, in early August of 2014. We love this community and the quality of life it affords us. We have made many dear friends through our years here and watched our children grow up and forge wonderful relationships.
I hope to preserve the excellence this community has a reputation for through my support on the HOA Board, and I believe I can do this leveraging my professional experiences. I have a Business degree from the University of South Florida and have worked for over 20 years in Human Resources at several large, global organizations. I have held roles in compliance, employee relations, talent development, shared services and have been a Program/Project Manager for strategic initiatives for the better part of the past ten years. Additionally, I have managed large global department budgets and project budgets. I have extensive experience leading the evaluation, selection and implementation of external vendors and technical systems throughout my days as a project manager. I believe these experiences will be of benefit to our board and our community.
I am a mother of two teenage boys, ages 17 and 14, and have been married for 20 years this November. I consider our family fortunate to live in this beautiful community and would like to see that preserved for others that live here currently and the future generations of families that will call this place home.

My decision to run for this position is rooted in my desire to give back to the community that has given us so much. I believe in the importance of actively participating in the betterment of our neighborhood, and I am eager to contribute my skills, experience, and passion to this endeavor.

“Always leave a place better than you found it”
Dear Members of the FishHawk Ranch West Community,
My name is Henry Ages and my family and I recently moved back to the community after two years away and we couldn’t be more excited to be back! While we were away, we spent time exploring other communities throughout the Southeastern United States and didn’t find anything that compared to what we found here in FishHawk.
I ran for this position because I’m eager to share my skills, knowledge and perspective in a way that will benefit the community and ensure families will continue to thrive here for many years.
I am a retired Army helicopter pilot with most of my military career spent in the Special Operations community. I previously owned/operated a horse boarding facility in Tennessee and served as the recruiting director and business relations lead for Elite Meet, a non-profit that benefits members of the Special Operations community as they transition from military service. I currently work for Ernst & Young as a Cloud Engineer. My diverse background has given me the tools to find creative solutions to complex problems and offers a broad perspective on many areas.
I commit to be an active member of this community and the board. I will always be informed and prepared for each meeting as well as make myself available to address any questions or concerns you may have, so that we can keep FishHawk West the best community in the area.
Sincerely,
Henry Ages

For the past two years, my responsibilities to our HOA have been of the utmost importance. Whether I was out of state for family emergencies or overseas during military deployments, I have never sidelined my commitment to the 1238 homes in our community. I recognize that serving on the Board of Directors does not come without sacrifice, and as a Marine, I know nothing worth doing is ever easy. In those two years we have come a long way, and accomplished many great things.
Here is a short list of just a few of the initiatives I oversaw as the Vice President:
• We moved away from a property management company and hired our own Community Association Manager and Community Engagements Officer. Both come to work every day with our community’s best interest in mind.
• We completely renovated our gym, installing state of the art equipment with the maintenance support needed to keep it in pristine condition.
• We replaced all furniture at the pool. I personally selected furniture that will last decades, from a reliable company.
• We moved away from one company overseeing all landscaping services, and hired separate companies that each specialize in landscaping, irrigation, and lawn treatments.
• We established sufficiently funded reserve accounts, that allow us to plan for the future, ensuring generations of FHRW residents will have a beautiful community.
• We completed a revision of our architectural guidelines, taking what was handed to us by the builder, and adjusted it to meet our community’s needs.
• With SummerFest 2023, we held the largest, most successful community event FHRW has ever seen, at no cost to the community.
While these are noteworthy accomplishments, now is not the time to admire our past achievements, but rather to build on this solid foundation and continue to improve upon these successes.
When I joined the board in 2021 and was chosen to be the Vice President, I had specific goals for our community. Through sacrifice, long hours of diligent work, and a steadfast commitment to responsibility, we accomplished many. It took 18 months to recover from the management and spending practices of the past, but we have reached a point where we are not just keeping our heads above water, but are thriving and making the improvements our community desperately needs and deserves.
If reelected to our Board of Directors, I will continue to abide by the following core principles:
1. The HOA and the Board of Directors exist to serve the community. The Board should act in the best interest of its members.
2. Funds are entrusted to the HOA by the community. Those funds should be spent with scrutiny and discipline.
3. Transparency in operation is the only way government functions effectively. When serving on the Board, I will continue to ensure that the community has access to all meetings, votes, and decisions made by the Board of Directors.
It is my privilege to be a part of this community. I look forward to continuing to deliver on promises by serving you on your HOA Board of Directors.

I am a recent transplant from Northern Virginia for 30 years. I have been in the property management industry since 2005 and enjoy the daily challenges of the business.
I have managed a different range of communities in regard to type (HOA and Condominium) and sizes of properties over the years. I truly enjoy see the difference I can make working with Boards and communities.
When I chose to come to work at FishHawk Ranch West, I knew that the community was inviting and friendly. I now know after roughly 6 months, I have made the correct decision on choosing FishHawk Ranch West as my place to work.

Community IT Manager
As someone who deeply cares about our community, I have had the privilege of serving on the board for over three years, including two and a half years as the HOA board president. To me, the success of our HOA relies on the active involvement of our residents, a strong sense of community, and transparent communication between the board and residents. It is my belief that every member's voice should be heard and that we should work together to create a safe, thriving, and inclusive community that meets the needs of all families.
I understand the importance of addressing the concerns of our community and making necessary changes to ensure that we continue to grow and prosper together. It is my sincere hope to continue serving our community and fulfilling my duties as the Community IT Manager to the best of my abilities.
On a personal note, my family and I moved to FHRW in 2017, and we fell in love with the area. My children attended Stowers Elementary, and my oldest is now a Seinor at Newsome High School, while my youngest is enjoying his first year at Newsome. We are proud to be involved in the local Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and sports clubs and have made many wonderful friends in this community. I understand firsthand the value of a strong and supportive community and am committed to helping create that for all of us here in FHRW.

Tom Krzesinski Jr
